大班楼可说是一众中菜控公认必试之选，再加上米其林的加持，果然不负所望⁡推荐鸡油花雕蒸大花蟹配陈村粉。花蟹超级大只，占了整只碟，肉质非常鲜甜。陈村粉加上香浓且带微微酒香的鸡油花雕汁，香浓又美味不愧是必点之选。⁡

這晚和幾位朋友到聞名已久大班樓聚餐，進入時發覺面積不大，但坐位格局寬敞寧靜，這可能是樓底夠高。而且各位員工親切細心招待，和朋友用餐閒談氣氛很好。這次晚餐共享用了十多款美饌，整體感覺是選用食材配料很新鮮及罕見，如新鮮琵琶蝦，醃制廿年的鹹檸檬，爽脆芥蘭等等。其中我最欣賞是煙燻澳洲青邊鮑魚，這煙燻做法讓鮑魚多了一種鹹香令鮮味再提升高一層次。另外，其推介的十豆蟲草鬚湯是素湯，喝了一口已非常喜歡，初時口腔感到味道鮮甜，再喝了幾口就感覺到回甘滋潤，值得一試。還有魚米粥慢煮蝦籽琵琶蝦，許久沒吃新鮮的琵琶蝦，比龍蝦還要彈牙爽甜。最後是香辣亁蔥煀滑雞，這隻雞因煮法得宜不只入味肉質還很嫩滑。吃完後再來小小份量的甜品，以杏仁茶和棗泥糕為晚餐劃上完美句號，超級滿足

前菜為九層塔糖漬小蕃茄配白麵醬甜梨，當中的小蕃茄有驚喜喔～驟眼看下去平平無奇，吃不到它的外皮之餘&hellip;&hellip;能讓食客感受到小蕃茄本身的幼滑肉質，而甜梨亦趣趣的～不錯呢！金錢海鮮香菇盒-炸得趣趣的，但盒內無甚麼特別，感覺較為普通。接下來的煙燻澳洲青邊鮑魚配特大冬菇，個人吃鮑魚的次數不多，肉質等並無問題～但這醬汁的特色在於＂煙燻＂兩字&hellip;&hellip;怒本人暫時尚未接受到得。(感覺上還是比較接受配上傳統的醬汁，哈哈～)當中蟹肉糯米飯；更是值得一讚，平常在外吃到的炒糯米飯～過程中少不免會加進大量的油去烹調，吃起來會覺得比較濕一點點。但這個糯米飯驟眼看上去，沒甚麼油的光澤～而且它本身比較乾，多吃也不怕會膩。另外的廿年鹹檸檬金銀蒜蒸蟶子，魚米湯琵琶蝦也蠻不錯的！蒸蟶子，我能吃到它的鮮味～大概是他們所用廿年鹹檸檬的功勞呢。而魚米湯琵琶蝦，肉質爽脆彈口之餘也挺鮮甜的。最後不得不提在這裡的招牌菜；雞油花雕蒸大花蟹配陳村粉，蟹的鮮味好像有點被濃郁的花雕酒奪去了～有點可惜.......吃到陳村粉時，便立刻覺得：廚師下花雕酒的時候，是不是加了多一點呢？味道有點酸～不過也有可能是我這從個不喝酒的傢伙～不懂欣賞這道菜當中的特色吧。一頓能令大家感到滿足的晚飯，又豈能缺少甜品？我們點了生磨杏仁茶及南棗糕，杏仁茶的味道正常，不像外邊會用現成杏仁粉的那般沒誠意。而南棗糕也十分QQ的，是我喜歡的味道。Ilikeit!

提前一个月用 WhatsApp定的位置，推荐这个方法，店家回复挺快的在靠山的小巷子里面，但不算太难找服务员还是挺亲切的，环境很普通两个人中午去的，点了两份行政套餐外加蟹盒炸蟹盒里面加了韭菜，不油腻，鲜美龙井菊花乳鸽非常推荐，肉嫩而且有很香的烟熏味道例汤是猪肺汤，浓郁鲜美，没有任何奇怪的内脏味道九层塔炒蚬必点，辣中带点甜味，比较中西结合，蚬非常新鲜主菜点了陈村粉花雕蟹(要加钱)，果不其然好吃，酒味非常重不会喝酒的人可能会感觉微熏，蟹肉超级厚实入味，陈村粉弹牙但是量很多两个人吃不完另一主菜话梅生炒柔就是类似咕咾肉的，比较普通甜品著名的枸杞冰激凌有特色不甜腻，做收尾很好
